Cancellation & Refunds

QuitJuice Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your account at any time. We've tried to make it as easy as possible. Just login, click the Account button at the top of the page and then the Cancel Account button below your account details.

When you cancel an account, you will no longer be billed, your messages will be turned off, and your account will be locked.

If you decide at some point to start up your account again you'll need to contact us at support@quitjuice.com for help with that.

You may request permanent removal of your account by contacting us at support@quitjuice.com and requesting data be deleted related to your account. A good faith effort will be made to remove all account data.

 

Refunds

As stated elsewhere in the site during sign up, if you use QuitJuice for 30 days and are not completely happy with your purchase, we will refund your money back 100%. No questions asked. Guaranteed.

We want to help you quit smoking. Our goal is to benefit you in your challenge to become smoke-free. If you give it an honest try and it doesn't help you one bit, well, we've failed and will be happy to give you a full refund.

"No questions asked" means we won't be jerks about it. We only ask in return that you let us know in the event that you are not completely satisfied with QuitJuice how we missed the mark for you so we can improve our service to be the best tool possible for quitting smoking.
